| Popular Culture and Christianity Whether in Gospel portrayals such as Mel Gibson's The Passion of the Christ or in heretical works like Dan Brown's The Da Vinci Code, Jesus remains a subject of fascination in pop culture. |

Another bogus cliam made by cheistian fun duh MENTAL ists who say they spotted a submerged chariot wheel under the red sea.Others looked at it and couldnt see it.Nothing but a bunch of corals.Kinda like seeing faces in clouds.Seeing what you want to see. Some of the photos have been faked according to experts besides the wheel is NOT of Egyptian style.Besides it seems many language experts feel that the old testament didnt mention the red sea,but the sea of reeds.Even lets say they did find a chariot wheel in the red sea or the sea of reeds for that matter. It wouldnt prove anything. It would be like finding a pair of sandels in Isreal and saying its proof that Jesus walked the earth. In spite of this sillyness my niece and nephew who go to bible college tell me this is being taught as a matter of fact. http://www.arkdiscovery.com/redsea2.htm
